Delete your account
You can permanently delete your JitsAI account and its associated data from inside the app.
Delete it in the app
- Open JitsAI and sign in.
- Open your Profile, then choose Account access.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
If you cannot access the app, email support@jitsai.com from the address attached to your account and write “Delete my JitsAI account”. We will verify the request before deleting the account.
What is deleted
Your profile, training and sparring logs, focus progress, schedules, coach conversations, saved content, social activity and other data directly associated with your JitsAI account are deleted or anonymised.
Delete selected data
You can delete individual sparring sessions from their session summary without deleting your account. For another specific data-deletion request, email support@jitsai.com from the address attached to your account and describe what you want removed.
What may be retained
Transaction records, fraud-prevention records and records required for tax, accounting, legal or security purposes may be retained for the period required by law. Purchases made through Google Play or Apple are also governed by the store’s records and policies. Deletion does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.
