Jitsai Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Jitsai mobile application (the “App”). We may collect and process the following information about you:
a. Personal Information
When you create an account or subscribe, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and payment information.
b. Training & Performance Information
To provide accurate analysis and insights, Jitsai collects information related to your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training, including:
Techniques learned or logged
Sparring rounds, durations, and outcomes
Submissions, sweeps, passes, escapes, and other training events
Training partner names or identifiers (if you choose to enter them)
Achievements, missions completed, XP earned
AI-generated insights about your performance
This information is used solely to deliver the features inside the App.
c. Voice Data
If you use Voice Logging, your audio is sent securely to our AI transcription provider to convert speech into text.
We do not store raw audio unless explicitly required for debugging (and only with your consent).
We store only the transcribed text needed to provide the service.
d. Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with the App, such as:
Screens viewed
Features used
Time spent in the App
Actions taken
Device Internet Protocol (IP) address
Operating system and app version
Time and date of access
This helps us improve features and performance.
e. Device Information
We may collect information about your device, such as:
Hardware model
Operating system version
Unique device identifiers
f. Location Data (Optional)
We may request access to location data to support features like local leaderboards or gym-specific features. This can be enabled or disabled at any time in your device settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect in the following ways:
a. To Provide and Improve the Service
Your training data is used to:
Log and display your training history
Generate AI insights and feedback
Track missions, XP, achievements, and analytics
Improve app functionality and user experience
b. To Process Payments
Payments are handled through Apple’s In-App Purchases.
We do not see or store your card details.
Apple may share limited information such as your name or email (if you allow it).
All billing and subscription management is handled through the App Store.
c. To Communicate With You
We may contact you about updates, support messages, or optional marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
d. To Analyze Usage & Improve Features
We analyze aggregated and anonymized usage to understand which features matter most and to build better tools for training performance.
e. To Comply With Legal Obligations
We may process or disclose your data when required by law or legal processes.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share information only in the following cases:
a. Service Providers
We may share information with third-party providers who assist with:
AI transcription
Data storage and hosting
Analytics
Customer support
These providers may only use your information for the services we request.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or a valid legal request.

If Jitsai is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

d. Do Not Track Permissions
On iOS, you will be asked whether you permit app tracking. You may change this anytime in your device settings.

Jitsai is not intended for use by individuals under 13 years old.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If such information is discovered, we will delete it promptly.
7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed outside your country of residence.
By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
